Dwi Hartanto
President Director
An Indonesian citizen, he is currently 56 years old and resides in Jakarta. He was appointed as the Company’s President Director in October 2018 based on a shareholders’ resolution dated August 24, 2018. He earned his Bachelor of Economics and Accounting degree from Diponegoro University, Semarang, in 1993.
Prior to serving as President Director, he served as the Company’s President Commissioner from 2000 to September 2018. He also held other positions including Finance Manager at PT Sumatera Timber Utama Damai (STUD) from 1996 to 1999, and Accounting Manager at PT Salim Indoplantation from 1994 to 1996.
Baharaja Sianipar
Director
An Indonesian citizen, he is currently 64 years old and resides in Jakarta. He was appointed as the Company’s Director in 2017 based on a shareholders’ resolution dated November 6, 2017. He earned his Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from STEI Indonesia, Jakarta, in 1987.
Prior to serving as the Company’s Director, he served as President Director of PT Prima Mulia Engineering from 1996 to 2016. He began his career as an Auditor at the Public Accounting Firm KPMG from 1984 to 1986. He then continued his career as Operations Manager at PT Lippo Bank Tbk from 1989 to 1995.
